Responsibilities
Attention to Detail: A detailer must have a keen eye to spot and fix every minuscule flaw, crack, or stain in every corner of a vehicle.
Physical Stamina and Dexterity: The job is physically demanding, involving long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive manual tasks. Fine motor skills (dexterity) are needed for intricate work.
Quality Control: The ability to inspect one's own work critically under various lighting conditions to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds the highest standards.
