Responsibilities

What You'll Do:



This role focuses on the essential, hands-on tasks that keep our production line running smoothly. We are specifically looking for candidates who are comfortable and skilled in tactile work and detailed assembly.

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality textile items (full, paid training will be provided to ensure comfort and proficiency on the equipment).
  
  
• Prepare materials for production, including cutting, sorting, and positioning fabric components.
  
  
• Perform quality checks on finished items, using tactile and specialized adaptive techniques to ensure they meet standards.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
