- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily performance and accuracy targets.
- Coordinate workflows for picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train and coach team members on best practices, safety, and productivity standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and help identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, Identify performance gaps and work with supervisors and team members to address root causes,Develop and implement improvement plans to optimize workflows, reduce waste,and increase efficiency,provide one-on-one and team coaching to warehouse associates to improve skills and performance, walk the warehouse floor, check in talent , keep a track of attendnce. Must be open to working on weekends.
