What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials to and from storage locations.
- Perform pallet put-away, replenishment, and order picking.
- Load and unload trailers or containers using powered industrial equipment.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
- Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Experience: At least 12 months of recent stand-up reach truck experience required.
- Skills: strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and safety-minded.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification preferred (will train/recertify if needed).
- Work Ethic: Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Clean, climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities
The Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator ensures products are moved safely, efficiently, and accurately through the facility while supporting production and shipping schedules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up reach truck to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Move pallets to and from high storage racks (up to 30 feet).
- Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and labeling as required.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Report product damage, equipment issues, or hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Minimum 6 months experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a warehouse setting.
- Proven understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret pick sheets, orders, and inventory documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Basic computer and scanner experience a plus.
- Indoor warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
