- Operate the Cut-to-Length (CTL) line to process material according to specifications.
- Perform picking and staging of feedstock for customer orders.
- Break down bulk bundles and perform custom packaging of finished material to meet customer requirements.
- Safely operate a sit-down or side loader forklift to move and stage material throughout the facility.
- Accurately complete necessary paperwork and system confirmations (e.g., SAP work order confirmation) for shipping and receiving.
- Maintain maximum productivity while upholding quality standards for all finished goods.
- Minimum 2 years of similar job experience in a production or processing environment.
- Experience operating a CTL machine is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate a sit-down or side loader forklift.
- Demonstrated basic math and basic computer skills.
- Ability to successfully pass a skills assessment evaluating reading, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be physically able to pass a physical requirements exam for vision, hearing, and mobility.
- Commitment to regular attendance and workplace safety.
