Requirements
- High School Diploma .
- Licensure and Skills: A Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be highly proficient in speaking and reading English.
- Equipment Operation: Ability to operate forklifts of different sizes and capacities, both indoor and outdoor.
- Physical Demands and Environment: Ability to perform physical labor, including the ability to repeatedly bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, push, and pull. Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.
- Travel: Ability to travel with short notice for disaster response, up to 30 days at a time. Ability to travel for delivering new products, up to 7 days at a time, including weekends.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in the field of logistics or disaster operations.
- Background: Military or First Responder service with supervisory experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or working towards a degree.
- Key Skills: strong leadership, motivational, and project management skills , excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Connecteam, etc.) , and the ability to conduct presentations and training.
- Personal Traits: Responsible, self-managed, strong work ethics, and excellent character.

Responsibilities
- Staff and Equipment Deployment: Responsible for deploying staff and equipment, such as mobile disaster field hospitals and base camps, for federal, state, and local agencies to various locations across the nation
- Operational Management:
- Supervise and assign staff as needed for projects, based on complexity and deadlines.
- Oversee, track, and maintain all equipment, supplies, and other inventory.
- Track all project job costs, working closely with the finance manager.
- Maintenance and Improvement:
- Create and maintain a process for identifying all required preventive maintenance activities necessary to minimize downtime of deployable products and support equipment
- Responsible for continuously improving operations through innovation and new concepts.
- Manage the implementation of new or existing processes or modifications to improve efficiency and performance regarding logistical support equipment and supplies.

- Strategy and Communication:
- Engage in forward thinking efforts to anticipate future logistical support needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Analyze complex logistical problems, define them, provide recommendations, and implement solutions
- Develops and maintains effective lines of communication with the disaster community and contracted customers.
- Coordinate with sister companies regarding all product deliveries and training.
- Verify all staff are trained and proficient in deploying and operating all products
- Engage in forward thinking efforts to anticipate future logistical support needs, requirements, and expectations.
