Are you a skilled facilities technician with a vast knowledge of electrical and basic repairs? We are looking to add an experienced technician to oversee routine and preventative mechanical/electrical maintenance on our site in Hialeah. Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance: Assist with and perform minor repairs on building systems, including doors, walls, floors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and general carpentry tasks.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance (PMs): Conduct routine inspections and scheduled preventative maintenance on building equipment, air compressors, pumps, motors, and HVAC units (non-specialized tasks like filter changes, belt checks, and lubrication).
  
  
• System Support: Aid experienced technicians in troubleshooting and performing maintenance on basic electrical circuits, alarm systems, and simple mechanical equipment.
  
  
• Grounds Upkeep: Assist with maintaining the exterior of the facility, including minor landscape maintenance, sweeping, and trash removal.
  
  
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly follow all company safety policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
