salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide resources to assist individuals and departments to define and document key processes and work instructions.
- Review the process audit schedule and perform process audits based on review schedule.
- Review the key quality metrics and identify trends and out of control variables.
- Communicate quality deficiencies to the individual that is responsible for correcting the deficiency.
- Review Batch Records and ensure completion and accuracy.
- Perform initial investigation on corrective action requests.
- Respond to quality issues and develop a reaction plan to the incident.
- Communicate the status of active projects weekly with all appropriate personnel affected.
- Manage internal and external reject areas.
- Inspect non-conforming material with responsible team and determine disposition.
- Perform customer and supplier quality audits.
- Maintain regulatory compliance agreements and standards.
- Hold weekly meetings to provide directions and resources needed.
- Lead, coach, and mentor teams to ensure success of Quality Policy and system.
- Follow-up with action items from projects to ensure completion of necessary tasks.
- Knowledge in CRF Part 21
