Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Operate all types of powered industrial trucks (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, pallet jacks) to safely move, load, and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Accurately pick, stack, and stage merchandise in the correct warehouse locations, ensuring product integrity and proper stock rotation.
- Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to conduct cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records.
- Inspect material handling equipment daily and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and all company safety procedures, including those for proper loading and secure storage.
Qualifications and Compensation:
- Forklift Certification (required).
- Prior experience operating lift equipment in a high-volume warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet daily production metrics.
