We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused CNC Operator to join our dynamic production team. work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation:
  
  
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and G-code (programming language) to understand part specifications.
    
    
  • Setting up the machine by mounting and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
    
    
  • Loading raw materials (e.g., metal, plastic, or composites) into the machine.
    
    
  • Entering or adjusting program parameters like tool offsets, speeds, and feed rates.
    
    
  • Running test programs to ensure machine output meets requirements.
    
    
  • Operating the CNC machine, monitoring its performance, and making necessary adjustments during the production run.
    
    
• Quality Control and Inspection:
  
  
  • Performing in-process and final quality checks on finished parts.
    
    
  • Using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify parts meet tight tolerance specifications.
    
    
  • Documenting quality inspections, production output, and any non-conformities.
    
    
• Maintenance and Safety:
  
  
  • Performing routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn tools.
    
    
  • Troubleshooting and resolving minor operational issues or machine malfunctions.
    
    
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
