- Experience: Must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient use of precision tools (ex. torque wrenches) and assembly tools (ex. crimp tools)
- Skills: Must be a self-starter, process-oriented, and possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Quality Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO9001 requirements is necessary, and familiarity with AS9100 is preferred
- Education: An Associate degree is preferred

Responsibilities
- Assembling complex mechanisms and custom-made fabricated parts according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting DoD Assembly Drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM's) to correctly assemble projects
- Operating and being proficient with various tools, including rivet insertion tools, crimp tools, and torque wrenches
- Identifying and correcting design deficiencies or malfunctions immediately to enhance both product quality and safety
- Work effectively in a collaborative environment
