Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Retail Merchandiser to serve as our dedicated Floral Specialist. This position is critical to the visual appeal and profitability of our floral departments across assigned locations. You will work independently to manage inventory, create stunning displays, and ensure every customer experience is professional and friendly. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOURSELF BETWEEN SEVERAL STORES IN A DAY!

Responsibilities
- Display Maintenance: Ensure flower displays are look nice and presentable.
- Inventory Management: Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Communication: Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
- Professionalism: Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
- Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
- Teamwork: Work independently but be available to support teammates with special activities when needed.
️ Time & Availability Commitments
- Peak Season: Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
- Festive Support: Ensure each store is prepared for high demand during key festive dates (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas etc).
- Lifting: Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Movement: Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
- Endurance: Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
Basic Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Language: Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
