We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous candidate to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Documentation Specialist. This critical role is to ensure that all regulatory records and procedures are accurate, controlled, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We are looking for a partner in quality compliance who is ready to build a career with us.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Audits & Regulations: Ensures the facility adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 
  
  
• Documentation & SOPs: Develops, manages, and enforces the Quality Management System (QMS), including all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
  
• Validation: Oversees and approves Validation (proving a process works) and Qualification (proving equipment works) documentation.
  
  
• Product Release: Reviews and approves Batch Records (all production data) and has the final authority to release or reject product for market distribution.
  
  
• Maintenance and Calibration of equipment and facilities, as these processes directly impact product quality and compliance.
