Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4 PM (flexibility and on-call support required )
Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure uninterrupted production. You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex machinery , and oversee all electrical and mechanical needs
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- 240V-480V/3-phase electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and machine blueprints.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
salary: $58,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities
Develop, control and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maintain production machinery and equipment
Plan continuous work schedules and equipment logs/records to maintain company property in safe, optimal working
conditions
Manage physical installation of new equipment
Contact and manage external service contractors when needed
Provide on-call support for rare 2 nd & 3 rd shift production emergencies
Technical Expertise
Essential: Knowledge of electrical installation and troubleshooting (240V-480V/3 phases systems)
Essential: Proficiency in reading and understanding of electrical schematics and machine blueprints
Essential: Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on production machines
