The Injection Mold Process Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimization of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality plastic parts. This role requires strong technical knowledge of injection molding principles, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Job responsibilities of Injection Molding Processing Technician:
  • Excellent knowledge of injection molding processes.
  • Knowledge of auxiliary equipment involved in injection molding.
  • Strong mechanical skills along with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand hydraulic circuits as applied in injection molding machines.
  • Knowledge of plastic materials and processes.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
  • Ability to install molds and troubleshoot processing issues.
  • Perform process changes as needed to maintain quality.
