Hello, NOW HIRING, Direct-Hire opportunity.   Machine operators - on ink machines, printing on paper bags. A well known printing company in Antioch, IL,  is in search of Machine Operators, to assist with machines that use ink, printing directly on to bags, cut and fold - while quality inspecting. You’ll ensure smooth production operations through job setup, monitoring, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and maintaining high-quality standards. 

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing and converting machines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, ink, glue, and plate-related issues
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Operate Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines
• Lift up to 50 lbs ( must help load roll onto machine) 
• Stand for upto 10 hours

Must have experience and a resume to apply. 1st shift, 10 hour days, Monday- Thursday (6:15am-4:35pm)  plus OverTime on Fridays.
