Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training efforts for new hires and current staff on operating systems and processes.
- Deliver in-person training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system proficiency.
- Analyze performance gaps (KPIs) to identify and execute necessary retraining programs.
- Train employees on new system enhancements and the effective use of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to manage workflow and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, HR, and Compliance to continuously improve training material and implement best practices.
- Ensure training compliance through monitoring records and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Professional certification may be required).
- Exceptional communication and people skills for effective stakeholder relationships.
- Highly detail-oriented and goal-driven.
- Proficiency in standard technical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and responsibilities with minimal direction.
