- Hydraulic/Mechanical Press Systems: Deep expertise in troubleshooting, rebuilding, and repairing heavy-tonnage hydraulic and mechanical presses. Experience with tooling alignment, precision slides, and hydraulic cushions is essential.
- Advanced Controls & Diagnostics: strong proficiency with PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), Servo Drives, and VFDs. Must be able to read complex schematics and troubleshoot control circuits.
- Heavy Mechanical Overhaul: Skill in maintaining and repairing major press components, including gearboxes, drive trains, high-pressure pumps, and proportional valves.
- Fabrication & Utilities: Capable of performing light welding and machining for component repair. Experience with high-pressure lubrication, pneumatic, and steam systems is a major plus.
- Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to LOTO, OSHA, and industrial safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Experience should be in large, heavy-tonnage presses, as fineblanking requires immense force.
- Fineblanking Presses: Experience maintaining and troubleshooting high-tonnage, highly precise hydraulic or mechanical presses (e.g., Feintool presses, or similar stamping/forming equipment).
- Deep Mechanical Overhaul: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing components subject to immense stress, such as plungers, tool clamping systems, precision slides, and hydraulic cushions.
- Tooling Maintenance: Understanding how to troubleshoot issues related to tooling alignment, clearance, and quick die change systems within the press itself.
