• Be the Fixer: Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
  
• Prevent Downtime: Execute meticulous Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
  
  
• Technical Focus: Work confidently with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), motor controls, and sensors to keep automation running perfectly.
  
  
• Maintain the Facility: Handle routine building maintenance, utility systems (HVAC, air compressors), and ensure all facilities are in top working order.
  
  
• Champion Safety: Strictly follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute a rigorous preventative maintenance schedule on all production machinery (e.g., injection/blow molding machines, packaging lines, liquid processing equipment, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, etc.).
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on complex manufacturing equipment.
  
  
• Repairs: Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment, replacing defective parts as necessary.
  
  
• Fabrication/Welding: Perform basic fabrication and welding tasks to repair or modify equipment and parts.
  
  
• Technical Systems: Work on PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and control systems to troubleshoot and optimize machine performance (knowledge of Allen-Bradley systems a plus).
