Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor/Lead, you will manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and inventory integrity. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and optimizing warehouse layout and storage procedures (considering turnover, size, and weight).
- Directing and assigning employee duties, determining work schedules, and expediting workflow.
- Advising staff on the preservation, handling, and shipping of stock.
- Enforcing safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolving issues and maintaining harmony among the team.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand/walk 75% of the time.
- Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds (with equipment) and occasionally by hand.
