A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for an Industrial Service Technician Manager looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. Operations Service Manager experience and Bandsaw knowledge is required!

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily service operations for bandsaw equipment and related products.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to ensure timely service and repair completion.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies to support field and in-house service operations.
• Ensure all service requests, installations, and maintenance work meet company quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing technical guidance and problem-solving support.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Lead, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, service quality, and cost control.
• Work with management to plan budgets, forecast service needs, and improve profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bandsaw equipment, components, and service procedures.
• Support training for both customers and internal teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to report field performance issues or recommend product improvements
