What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup and efficient operation of industrial equipment that sheets, coats, and laminates paper, board, and films. Your focus will be on maximizing speed while maintaining the highest level of quality to meet customer specifications.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
- Experience is Key: You should have 3+ years of experience operating industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience in sheeting, coating and laminating, printing, or similar paper converting industries is highly preferred.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You are self-motivated with an ability to understand and troubleshoot complex machinery.
- Quality First Attitude: You possess an unwavering attention to detail and a good work ethic, ensuring every product meets rigorous quality standards.
- Team Player: A team spirit and commitment to safety awareness are essential.
- Requirements: Must have basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
