Responsibilities
Order Picking & Monitoring:
o Oversee and participate in order picking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
o Monitor pick lists and workflows to ensure orders are completed correctly and on
schedule.
o Report any issues with inventory availability or order discrepancies to the
Distribution Manager.
Team Support & Coordination:
o Assist in assigning daily tasks to warehouse associates.
o Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members.
o Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and minor issues.
Inventory & Shipping Support:
o Help maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
o Assist with receiving, staging, and shipping of goods as needed.
o Identify and report inventory variances or damaged goods.
Safety & Organization:
o Promote and follow safety procedures.
o Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
o Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
Communication & Reporting:
o Provide shift updates and basic reports to the Distribution Manager.
o Communicate order status, delays, or issues clearly to relevant teams.
