You'll go beyond the wires, taking charge of project planning and coordination from conception to completion, skillfully estimating costs, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Leadership is key – you may supervise skilled electrical teams, sharing your vast knowledge and upholding the strictest safety protocols.
We're looking for a leader with:
- A valid Master Electrician license in Michigan (required)
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Deep knowledge of electrical codes (local and national) and safety regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
Installation and Maintenance
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local and national electrical code
Project Management
• Plan and coordinate electrical projects from start to finish
• Estimate material and labor costs for projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Troubleshooting and Repair
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
• Use specialized tools and equipment to test electrical systems and identify problems
Compliance and Safety
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
