- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. A degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus and precision in reviewing documentation and conducting visual inspections.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively relay findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities
- Inspection & Sampling: Perform in-process checks, sampling of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for QC testing.
- Documentation Review: Review and audit batch production records, logbooks, and other critical GMP documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Monitoring: Verify proper setup, calibration, and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and production rooms before use.
- Compliance: Ensure all laboratory activities and procedures comply with cGMP, FDA regulations, and company quality standards.
- Non-Conformance: Identify and report any deviations, non-conformances, or discrepancies to management for timely investigation and corrective action.
- Sample Management: Prepare, log, and track samples submitted to the Quality Control (QC) laboratory.
