Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor with CNC repair experience needed in the Memphis area. The ideal candidate will blend hands-on technical expertise with strategic supervision to ensure peak equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and a safe, compliant facility. Lead a dedicated team, champion continuous improvement, and partner across departments to achieve critical production goals. 

salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, building a highly skilled team and ensuring accountability and consistent work quality.
• Guarantee the safe and reliable operation of all manufacturing equipment, including critical CNC machines and lathes, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Directly reduce unplanned downtime by strategically planning and executing effective preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Efficiently plan, assign, and monitor daily work orders, strategically aligning the team’s priorities with immediate production needs and schedule demands.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working weekends
