We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse & Data Entry Associate to join our team. This dual-function role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring the accurate processing and efficient handling of physical inventory alongside critical data management tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable splitting time between the warehouse floor and a computer workstation. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all outgoing packages meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Sort incoming and outgoing materials efficiently and apply appropriate labels, ensuring inventory is correctly organized and easily traceable.
• Use handheld scanners to log product movement and maintain inventory accuracy; assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation.
• Accurately input, verify, and update  data, including shipping logs, inventory changes, and customer details, into the company database and spreadsheets.
• Conduct visual checks on products for quality and ensure all materials are processed without error.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and assist with other warehouse or office tasks as needed.
