The Role We are seeking a versatile and highly reliable General Support Technician to join our manufacturing and warehouse team in Ramsey, NJ. This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will divide your time between ensuring smooth warehouse logistics and assisting our maintenance and production departments. Key Responsibilities I. Production and Warehouse Operations
- Production Assistance: Provide essential, hands-on support to the rotational molding department as required by production demands.
- Logistics & Inventory: Assist with preparing and packaging finished products for shipment and aid in the transfer of stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Manage the removal of foam packing materials and support general warehouse cleanliness and trash removal.
- Local Transport: Operate the company van to complete essential local deliveries and material pickups.
- Maintenance Assistance: Act as a critical resource for the Facilities Maintenance Manager by assisting with basic machinery fixes and equipment troubleshooting.
- Building Upkeep: Perform general facility support tasks and "odd jobs," including minor painting, carpentry, and routine repairs.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in general labor or a warehouse setting.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license (required for company van usage).
- Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely
- Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and comfort working effectively under multiple supervisors.
- Experience using a forklift for material transfer.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish).

- Building Upkeep: Perform general facility support tasks and "odd jobs," including minor painting, carpentry, and routine repairs.
- Tool Operation: Utilize a forklift (if certified/experienced) for efficient material handling and transfer.
- Administration: Maintain basic computer familiarity to complete necessary operational tasks.
