What We're Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are a must.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly spot defects and ensure packaging accuracy.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs occasionally (with or without accommodation).
- Prior experience in a food production or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
