A major logistics and supply chain facility in Fairfield, NJ, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Associate for immediate placement. This role offers $20 per hour for individuals dedicated to efficiency and precision in material handling.
Core Responsibilities:
- Logistics Flow Management: Overseeing all aspects of inbound and outbound freight movement.
- Precise Order Picking and material distribution across the facility.
- Perform efficient loading of shipments into trucks, including manual lumping and required heavy lifting.
- Implement effective Adaptive Planning to strategize the optimal way to load outgoing transport.
- Conduct safe unloading and receiving of incoming materials.
- Precise Order Picking and material distribution across the facility.
- Inventory & Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory records (Keeping Inventory) utilizing Basic Computer Skills for tracking.
- Ensure organized Material Handling and accessible storage areas.

- Operational Standards:
- Upholding impeccable Safety standards and performing light General Maintenance.
- Demonstrating excellent Time Management and the ability to Multi-task under established guidelines.
