We are hiring a careful and dependable Cleaning Technician to clean our labs and production areas. This job is very important because it helps us keep our medicines safe and meet strict government rules.

Requirements:

• Experience: Some past cleaning or sanitation experience is needed. Experience in a hospital, food plant, or lab is a plus.
  
  
• Focus: Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to follow detailed procedures exactly.
  
  
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand, walk, and wear required protective clothing (PPE).
  
  
• Reliability: Must be dependable, on time, and committed to safety.
  
  
• Reading: Must be able to read and understand written cleaning instructions (SOPs).
  
  

salary: $19 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

Your main job is keeping our specialized work areas clean and sterile:

• Cleanroom Cleaning:
  
  
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize labs and special production rooms (Cleanrooms) using specific methods and approved chemicals.
    
    
  • Follow strict rules for putting on and taking off protective gear (gowning) to avoid contamination.
    
    
  • Clean walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment inside these controlled areas.
    
    
• Documentation:
  
  
  • Fill out cleaning logs and forms accurately to show what was cleaned and when. This is part of our quality rules (GMP).
    
    
  • Report any spills or damage to your supervisor right away.
    
    
• General Cleaning:
  
  
  • Clean common areas, offices, restrooms, and breakrooms.
    
    
  • Handle and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
