Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Own the entire sales process, from lead intake to signed contract, specifically for high-end residential and HOA/commercial re-roofing projects.
- Conduct site visits, perform measurements, and handle photo documentation, utilizing tools like EagleView/geo-reports for take-offs.
- Develop polished proposals that include correct scopes of work (including tile, metal, shingle, flat roofing, gutters, stucco/paint tie-ins, and mitigation).
- Price jobs to targeted margin bands and present appropriate options and financing to clients.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, tracking follow-ups, notes, tasks, and tags within the AccuLynx CRM system.
- Provide a complete package to the Production team for handoff, including photos, selections, NOAs, permits, and special conditions.
- Represent the brand and set expectations by attending HOA, board, or Project Manager meetings as necessary.
- Actively seek new business by mining past clients, referrals, and neighbors, and partnering with Marketing on local campaigns.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring)
- 3+ years of estimating/sales experience within the roofing industry; experience in High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read plans and Notices of Commencement (NOAs) and write clear scopes of work without line-item pricing.
- Proficiency with AccuLynx (or a similar CRM).
- strong written proposal and presentation skills.
- A history as a consistent closer with integrity and a focus on long-term client relationships.
