We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Maintenance Lead who’s ready to guide a talented maintenance team, tackle real-time challenges, and help power a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support maintenance technicians during daily operations
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely work-order completion
- Partner with Production and QA to uphold SQF, GMP, OSHA, and food safety standards
- Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a big plus!)
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF requirements
- Ability to read schematics and work with conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatics, and more
- Prior leadership or lead technician experience strongly preferred
- Competitive pay up to $39/hr
