We are seeking a dedicated individual with 2+ years of experience in all aspects of carpentry, from studying blueprints to final assembly. salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

 Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, using
carpenters hand tools and power tools, and conforming to local building codes: Studies blueprints,
sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or
fiberboard, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.
 Selects specified type of lumber or other materials.
 Prepares layout, using rule, framing square, and calipers.
 Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials, using pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
 Shapes materials to prescribed measurements, using saws, chisels, and planes.
 Assembles cut and shaped materials and fastens them together with nails, dowel pins, or glue.
 Works in a safe manner always and consistently provide a safe work environment.



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
