The Senior Manager, Quality is a critical, hands-on leadership role responsible for guaranteeing that all products comply with customer, industry, and regulatory standards. This position drives plant-wide quality improvement by developing and implementing control measures, overseeing departmental goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager leads and develops the quality team, ensuring collaboration across production, engineering, and global quality functions.
salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain appropriate staffing levels with properly trained quality personnel and ensure ongoing staff development to expand the competency and skill set of team members. • Champion and uphold plant-wide quality standards, policies, and systems ensuring alignment with corporate and customer requirements.
• Evaluate all department capabilities and protocols to ensure that they will produce products that meet world class performance levels for the industry.
• Lead internal audits and manage external audit readiness.
• Maintain visible presence on production floor.
• Oversee plant-wide quality improvement initiatives, reducing defects and scrap, to reduce cost of poor quality and improve process control and product reliability.
• Ensure the execution of corrective actions. Leverage data analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance quality outcomes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with all safety guidelines. • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
