You are the strategic and tactical head of the department. While you lead from the front, you must possess the ability to be hands-on when necessary, troubleshooting automation, conveyor systems, high & low voltage electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Beyond the tools, you will manage the site CMMS to track assets and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to transition the facility from reactive firefighting to predictive maintenance.
We are looking for a self-starter with the communication skills to bridge the gap between the shop floor and the boardroom. If you have over 3 years of management experience in manufacturing, deep proficiency with CMMS, and the grit to lead a 24/7 operation, we want to hear from you. A maintenance manager at IFCO is responsible for ensuring operational excellence in wash processes, maximizing machine efficiency, and overseeing scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime. This includes managing budgets, leading the maintenance staff, implementing health and safety procedures, and coordinating maintenance operations to keep equipment running and efficient. Key duties involve supporting preventative maintenance, providing technical support, managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
