Responsibilities
- Review production requirements and accurately prepare, load, and manage raw materials (paper/substrate) into high-speed processing machinery.
- KBA sheeted press, 8 color & 9 color experience is required.
- Monitor and maintain fluid reservoirs and dispensing systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Execute routine cleaning and preparation of key machine components (e.g., imaging surfaces and transfer mechanisms) to facilitate production changes.
- Perform essential daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized work environment, consistently adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Assist the Lead Operator with the efficient transfer and staging of finished or semi-finished materials from the processing area.
- Optimize material flow into the feeder system for maximum machine throughput.
- Perform periodic cleaning of specific machine transfer components (e.g., rollers or pads) as necessary to maintain print quality.
