• Inspection and Testing - in-process inspections, incoming inspections, and use equipment to determine pass/fail
  
  
• Defect documentation and reporting - documenting nonconformances, rejections, and reporting issues to the team
  
  
• Containment and rework coordination -
  
  
• Data collection and analysis
  
  
• Process and SOP auditing
  
  

Skills: 

• Basic data analysis and spreadsheet skills
  
  
• Root cause analysis - understanding of the methods and tools used in root cause analysis
  
  
• Audit and verification - ability to follow formal checklists and procedures, identify deviations from SOPs, and perform process checks
  
  
• Time management and prioritization - ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize urgent actions (like stopping the production line)
  
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to operators, engineers, and management
