Responsibilities

Safety and Team Leadership

• Ensure safety compliance and promote an injury-free work environment through strong leadership and accountability.
  
  
• Supervise, schedule, and develop maintenance staff, including performance reviews and necessary disciplinary actions.

Maintenance Management

• Direct all daily maintenance activities, focusing on minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment uptime.
  
  
• Develop, schedule, and execute the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and required inspections.
  
  
• Manage the procurement of tools, supplies, and external services for repairs and maintenance.
  
  
• Oversee documentation, training programs, and the general cleanliness/organization of the maintenance area.
  
  

Troubleshooting and Repair

• Lead the team in troubleshooting complex failures across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  
  
• Direct the repair and servicing of all production machinery, facility fixtures, building infrastructure, and grounds.
  
  
• Handle the installation and removal of equipment and fixtures as needed for efficient operation.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 75lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
