Responsibilities
- Executing necessary repairs and replacements, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps, brake systems, and steering components.
- Conducting battery maintenance and charger repairs for electric forklifts.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Responding promptly to emergency breakdown calls.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance (PMs) on all forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
