Responsibilities
- Perform high-reliability soldering on electronic components, wire leads, connectors, and PCB assemblies for battery packs, adhering strictly to IPC-J-STD-001 Class 3 standards.
- Assemble and wire battery cells, modules, and enclosures according to detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
- Conduct cable assembly, crimping, stripping, and harness fabrication.
- Utilize various hand tools, soldering irons, heat guns, and measurement equipment for assembly and quality checks.
- Inspect own work and the work of others for defects, cold joints, contamination, and proper orientation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation and follow all safety protocols.
- Document all work performed accurately in production logs and quality control records.
