Responsibilities
- Execute complete and accurate machine set-ups and changeovers on various high-speed packaging lines (e.g., product change, component change) following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules, including the installation and adjustment of all size parts and tooling.
- Focus on the set-up, operation, and precision maintenance of critical packaging machinery, specifically: Blister Machines, Fillers, Cappers and Bottle machines.
- Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical malfunctions on the production line to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and calibration checks on equipment as required to maintain machine efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all set-up, maintenance, and cleaning activities are performed in strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and established SOPs within a validated manufacturing environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance and repair, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
