We are seeking a seasoned Fabricator who can transform blueprints into precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Layout: Interpret complex blueprints and perform precise, geometric layouts on various materials (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
- TIG Mastery: Execute flawless, high-quality Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) that meets aesthetic and dimensional code standards.
- Fabrication: Operate shop equipment (brakes, shears, rollers) to cut, form, and prep material.
- Assembly: Accurately fit and align components to tight tolerances using jigs and fixtures.
- Quality: Inspect and verify finished product dimensions for conformance.
- Proven experience as a Fabricator with strong blueprint reading skills.
- Demonstrable expertise in TIG welding diverse alloys.

Responsibilities
- Interpret Drawings: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols (e.g., AWS).
- Precision Layout: Perform complex layout tasks using geometric principles and tools (scribes, calipers) to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Material Prep: Select and prepare materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum). Operate equipment (shears, brakes, saws) for cutting, bending, and forming.
- Expert TIG Welding (GTAW): Execute high-quality TIG welds on various materials, meeting strict aesthetic and code requirements (tight tolerances, proper penetration).
- Fitting/Assembly: Fit and align components using jigs and fixtures; perform necessary tack welds to maintain alignment before final welding.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work to confirm adherence to specifications, weld integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
- Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
