- Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass forklift certification 20 question exam prior to assignment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes cold, environments.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts (and sometimes other equipment like pallet jacks) to lift, move, stack, and transport products.
- Loading/Unloading: Receive, load, and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
- Inventory Management: Use RF scanners to track inventory, ensure accuracy, and place stock in correct locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily equipment inspections, report damages, maintain clean work areas, and follow all OSHA safety standards.
- Documentation: Complete forms, check manifests, and maintain production
