Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: Non‑CDL Box Truck Driver

Driving & Safety

• Operate box trucks safely in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
  
  
• Maintain a clean driving record by practicing defensive driving and adhering to safety standards.
  
  
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and report any issues promptly.
  
  

Professional Standards

• Pass and maintain a clean background check as required by company policy.
  
  
• Leverage 5+ years of driving experience to handle diverse routes and delivery conditions.
  
  
• Follow instructions accurately to meet delivery schedules and operational requirements.
  
  

Teamwork & Flexibility

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve delivery and service goals.
  
  
• Adapt to flexible schedules and duties including weekends, evenings, or varied assignments.
  
  
• Support colleagues in loading, unloading, and other operational tasks when needed.
  
  

Attention to Detail

• Ensure accurate delivery documentation including logs, manifests, and customer signatures.
  
  
• Verify shipments against orders to prevent errors and maintain customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization to uphold company standards.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:
