Location: Woodridge, IL Shifts Available: • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (M–F, OT as needed) • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (M–F, OT as needed) • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (M–F, OT as needed)
Pay: $27–$35+/hr DOE
Qualifications & Skills ✔️ Industrial maintenance experience required (plastics or blow molding strongly preferred). ✔️ Hands-on experience with blow mold machinery, extrusion systems, parison controls, heaters, and mold changes. ✔️ Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, 3-phase motors, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes. ✔️ Experience with downstream packaging equipment: liquid fillers, carton erectors, cappers, conveyors, labelers, case packers, and palletizers. ✔️ Ability to work both independently and with production teams. ✔️ Comfortable standing/walking most of the shift and lifting up to 55 lbs. ✔️ strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ✔️ Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
✔️ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on blow mold and packaging equipment.
✔️ Perform changeovers, setups, and adjustments on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
✔️ Tear down and rebuild equipment including motors, gearboxes, clutches, bearings, hydraulic pumps, and electrical components.
✔️ Maintain, repair, and optimize Uniloy, Bekum, or similar blow molding systems.
✔️ Service production support equipment such as air compressors, dryers, chillers, and conveyors.
✔️ Work with AC (480–120V) and low-voltage DC controls for troubleshooting.
✔️ Support operators and production supervisors to resolve equipment-related issues.
✔️ Improve changeover efficiency and help enhance preventive maintenance processes.
✔️ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
