Role Summary:
Randstad USA is hiring a Production Supervisor for a full-time, direct hire role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Woodridge, IL. This role is critical in leading assigned shifts to meet safety, quality, and production targets. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, hands-on, and experienced in shift supervision, scheduling, and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum:
- 4+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Excel, email, reports)
- 6+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in high-speed or high-volume production
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiative
- Stand or walk for extended periods
- Lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable in a hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing environmen

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production staff during assigned shift
- Analyze production schedules and adjust labor assignments accordingly
- Inspect raw materials and verify inventory readiness for changeovers
- Conduct safety, quality, and housekeeping walkthroughs
- Resolve issues through effective coaching, conflict resolution, and team development
- Improve production processes and drive continuous improvement across operations
- Track and manage team time and attendance records
- Communicate production goals and quality expectations to team members
