Job Description We are looking for a skilled Molding Operator who doesn’t want to just stand in front of a machine all day. In this unique "hybrid" role, you will be the go-to person for the production floor. While your core responsibility is operating injection molding machines, you will also be the "right hand" to the Facilities Manager—handling everything from forklift driving and local van deliveries to light carpentry and painting.

Key Responsibilities
- Molding Operations (Core Duty):
- Operate injection molding machines (cycle start, unload parts, trim flash).
- Assist in the rotational molding department as needed.
- Prepare "bond" materials for cell production.
- Monitor part quality and perform basic finishing.

- Warehouse & Logistics:
- Use a Forklift to move stock, transfer materials, and remove scrap.
- Package "bladders" and finished goods for shipment.
- Drive the company van for local pickups and deliveries (Valid Driver's License required).
- Remove foam packing materials and keep the production area organized.

- Facilities & Maintenance:
- Perform general "handyman" tasks to keep the building in top shape (light painting, carpentry, fixing machinery, and trash removal).
- Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager with odd jobs and special projects.

- Experience: Previous experience operating molding machines (Injection or Rotational) is required.
- Versatility: Must be willing to do "a little bit of everything"—this is not a sit-down role.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred) for van use.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
- Preferred: Forklift experience and basic "handyman" skills (painting/carpentry) are a huge plus.
