Our client, a leader in Frozen Food production, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Manager to safeguard their operation and ammonia refrigeration systems. This specialized role demands PSM/RMP expertise and a commitment to driving a Reliability-Centered Maintenance culture. Responsibilities

Lead maintenance, safety, and reliability for our 24/7 Frozen food production plant, with a critical focus on industrial  production maintenanceand electrical experience.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Champion Safety & Quality: Directly manage high-level safety programs (PSM/RMP) for the refrigeration system and strictly enforce food quality standards (GMP/HACCP) and all safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Hot Work permits).
  
  
• Drive Uptime & Reliability: Establish best practices (like RCM/PdM) to minimize unexpected machine stoppages, using detailed investigations (RCA) to permanently fix recurring electrical and mechanical problems on all production lines.
  
  
• Lead Technical Operations: Manage the maintenance system (work orders, inventory, budgets) and troubleshoot critical machinery (controls, motors, Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics). Partner with the Engineering team on installing and starting up new equipment.
  
  
• Develop Technical Teams: Lead, mentor, and train a diverse maintenance team to elevate overall skill development and performance across multiple shifts.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING: 7+ years industrial maintenance, 3+ years management (food/beverage required). Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, PSM/RMP, machine controls, advanced motors, and continuous improvement highly valued. Exceptional troubleshooting skills are mandatory. Dairy processing knowledge a PLUS.
