2nd shift industrial maintenance technician.

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our premier manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. To be considered for this position, direct experience within the corrugated industry is an absolute requirement. You must possess a deep technical understanding of the specialized machinery used in paper conversion and board production, including corrugators, flexo folder gluers, and rotary die-cutters

salary: $62,400 - $74,880 per year

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

Responsibilities

• Systems Maintenance: Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and processing machinery, including extruding and converting equipment.
  
  
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues. Expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and AC/DC drive systems is critical.
  
  
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, piping diagrams, and service manuals to perform precise repairs.
  
  
• Preventative Care: Conduct computerized PM check-ups and utilize SPC charts to identify potential failures before they occur.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  
  
• Support Systems: Maintain plant utility systems, including line lubrication, resin delivery, and process support systems.
  
  
• Administrative Duties: Accurately document all work orders and parts usage in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  
  
• Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and the use of precision measuring tools/meters.
